DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Below are some of my recent design projects. My design goals focus on form and functionality while maintaining budget constraints.  Once I know your needs, first, I assess how they can be met within the space whether utilizing current characteristics or introducing new design elements and finishes. Second, I develop a 3D computer model of the space, allowing you to virtually see the remodeled space and further adjust the design based on the model. Third, I manage the construction process (if desired) working directly with subcontractors to implement the design. Through this hands on approach I am not only able to ensure that the specifications of the design are followed, but also that the goals of the design are achieved and maximized if site changes are necessary. I pride myself in the details of design and find that the details are what truly make a space unique and functional.

Pheasant Lane, River Hills
Pheasant Ln was a complete rehab project that breathed new life into a beautiful 1940s bungalow that had laid vacant for almost 5 years. A new kitchen was created with new features in a period aesthetic, mixing traditional elements with new. The second floor full bath was completely remodeled with marble subway and accent tiles. An additional 700 SF of living & entertaining space was created by finishing the basement and updating the half bath. Old radiators were replaced by sleek baseboard units. All lighting was upgraded and floors were refinished or replaced.
Basement Remodel
This basement remodel in Waukesha looked to utilize an unfinished exposed basement and turn it into a casual living and entertaining area complete with kitchenette, bar, game area, entertainment area and full bath.
